• We offer in-store exchanges OR returns for store credit
• 14 day return or exchange period after purchase
• No returns on jewelry.
• Must have receipt and all tags attached 
• All sales on discounted merchandise are final.

* please know all returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original condition to receive credit. If merchandise has been worn, washed, or altered it will not be eligible for return. Red Poppy reserves the right to refuse merchandise that appears worn, washed or altered.
